The Gin Gift Shop is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Below is all you need to know about our shipping and returns process.

Shipping

  • Dispatch Timing: Orders are typically dispatched the same or next business day from our Sydney Dispatch Logistics Centre. However, during peak seasons, dispatch may take a little longer.
  • Shipping Methods: Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout and vary based on your location. We aim to pack and send your order within 1 business day, though high order volumes may occasionally extend this timeframe. If you order before 12pm on a weekday, we will get your order in the post that same day
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you can log into your account to track its progress.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, with regional and remote areas typically taking longer.

Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at

Pickups Click and Collect

We are unable to offer pickups from our warehouse.

International Orders

We are afraid at this stage we do not offer worldwide shipping, but should you be in another country and would like to order please email us at sales@thegingiftshop.com.au to see what we can do for you.


Returns

Changed Your Mind?
We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order, provided items are:

  • Unopened
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by the invoice
  • Full price items (no refunds on sale or promotional items)

Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at
sales@thegingiftshop.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Photos of the damaged item will be required for investigation purposes.

Special Offers & Sales

  • Sales and Promotions: From time to time, we may offer discounts, free shipping, or other promotions. All sales are final, and sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Promotional Codes: Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes and vouchers are valid for 1 year and may be limited to single use per customer.
  • Wholesale Product: Are not included in sales unless specifically specified.

We reserve the right to end promotions or sales without prior notice.


Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable).
  • Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Shop and PayPal.
  • All transactions are processed in AUD. Personal or corporate cheques and cash are not accepted.

Errors & Availability

While we strive to ensure accuracy on our website, errors may occasionally occur, including incorrect pricing, product descriptions, or stock availability. If an error affects your order:

  • We may cancel or decline the order, even if payment has been processed.
  • If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

All items are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock:

  • You can register your email to be notified when it is back in stock.
  • We may contact you to offer a substitute product.
  • If no substitute is acceptable, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund.
