Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. But generally we are not too far and can help you out.

The most you will ever pay in one shop for shipping is $15.

If you order before 12pm on a week day, we will ship your order that day. Time will depend on where you live in Australia, regional and remote areas generally take longer

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at sales@thegingiftshop.com.au.

Returns

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at sales@thegingiftshop.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order.

• We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• Photos of the damaged item will be required for investigation purposes We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Please make sure that you follow below steps:

1/ If you are returning a item due to change of mind, we will NOT pay for the return postage
